Registration Fields Explained
| Field | What You Enter | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Phone Number | Active Bangladesh mobile (Grameen, Banglalink, Robi, etc.) | Used as your username and receiving account for payouts. Must be active for KYC SMS codes. |
| Password | 8+ characters: 1 uppercase, 1 number, 1 symbol (optional) | Never share. Use unique password. We recommend 12+ characters for security. Can be reset via SMS if forgotten. |
| Confirm Password | Re-type your password exactly | Prevents typos at signup. Passwords must match before form submits. |
| Referral Code | Friend's code (format: REFER2024ABC) or leave blank | Optional. Entering a valid code awards ৳350 bonus to both accounts. Code must be active; invalid codes don't block signup. |
| Terms Checkbox | Required ✓ | You certify you are 18+ years old, in Bangladesh legally, and accept responsible gaming obligations. |
Registration Troubleshooting
"Phone Number Already Registered"
This number has an existing ek688 account. Use a different mobile number to register a new account. One phone = one account per user (per terms). If it's your number, log in instead or contact support to recover.
"Password Too Weak"
Your password must contain at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter (A–Z), and 1 number (0–9). Example: MyPass1234. Avoid obvious patterns like "123456" or your phone number.
"Passwords Don't Match"
Your password and confirm-password fields are different. Re-type both exactly the same (case-sensitive). Copy-paste recommended to avoid typos.
"Invalid Referral Code"
The referral code is expired, doesn't exist, or is no longer active. Leave the field blank to continue registration without bonus. Valid codes unlock ৳350. Ask your referrer for an active code.
"Terms Not Accepted" Error
You must check the "I agree to Terms & Conditions" box to proceed. This confirms you're 18+, in Bangladesh, and understand responsible gaming. Without acceptance, registration cannot complete.
